Hi! I’m Amy, a holistic health & NUTRITION coach based in NEW York City.

How good is life when you feel healthy and well, when things are in balance and getting out of bed feels easy!

From how we move, to what we eat, how we manage stress, the people we surround ourselves with, to what our hormones are doing on a daily basis; our health is impacted by the many different aspects of our (very full) lives.

Feeling a sense of wellness is achieved through a balance of all these things — an ongoing commitment you make to yourself to listen to what your mind, body and soul need, and find all the (fun & amazing) ways to deliver on it.

As a holistic health coach focused on female health and the hormonal healing, that’s all I strive for for the girlies. As someone who has healed from their own health issues in the past, all I want for my clients is to experience the same — to feel confident they can exist in a state of wellness, and build the life of their dreams through knowledge, education and empowerment.
